Refund Policy

JUST4FITNESS REFUND POLICY

At JUST4FITNESS, all coaching programs, training sessions, and digital products are designed to deliver high-value results through structured guidance, accountability, and support. Due to the nature of these services, the following refund policy applies:

1.No Refund On Coaching Services

All purchases for on line coaching, nutrition coaching, and customized workout programs are non refundable. Once a program is delivered and access is granted (including Trainerize), no refund will be issued.

2. Commitment-Based Service
Results are dependent on client effort, consistency, and communication. Failure to check in, follow the program, or complete assigned tasks does not qualify for a refund.

3. In-Person Training Sessions
All in-person training sessions and packages are non-refundable.

  • Sessions must be used within the agreed timeframe.

  • A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for rescheduling.

  • Missed sessions or late cancellations will be counted as completed sessions.

4. Cancellations & Termination
Just4Fitness reserves the right to terminate coaching services at any time due to lack of communication, repeated missed check-ins, or failure to follow program guidelines. No refunds will be issued in these cases.

5. Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests due to medical emergencies or extenuating circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required, and approval is not guaranteed.

6. Agreement to Policy
By purchasing any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this refund policy.
